On April 26, 2025, we successfully completed our conversion into a Private Limited entity, creating the structural foundation for Aararu Holdings. This move solidified our market position and unlocked the potential for high-value business systems.

In April 2026, our mobility platform, Parkmitra, was formally recognized as a government-accredited intangible asset. Following the strategic integration of all historical operational data, Aararu Holdings officially commenced its unified mandate on July 2, 2026, focused on integrating Taskforce execution with long-term technological scalability.
