This Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between AARARU (the "Company") and the purchaser (the "Buyer"). The Company and the Buyer shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties" in this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase from AARARU, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. It is important for the Buyer to read and understand this Agreement before proceeding with the purchase.

2. Purchase and Delivery

The Buyer agrees to purchase the designated design (the "Design") from AARARU as specified in the purchase order. The Design will be delivered electronically to the Buyer upon successful completion of the purchase transaction.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and patents, in the Design belong solely to AARARU. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design for personal or commercial purposes, including resale to their clients, but limited to a one-time use. Any further replication or use of the Design requires written consent from AARARU.

4. Refund Policy

AARARU offers a refund policy as outlined in a separate document. The Buyer is encouraged to review the refund policy before making a purchase. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

AARARU makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Design. The Design is provided "as is" without any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. AARARU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Design.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
